How does mail-in work?

We email you a free prepaid AusPost label. You drop it at any post office. We diagnose free, quote a fixed price, and only charge if you go ahead with the repair.

What if it can't be fixed?

Free return post if it's a small part, OR we'll buy your device for trade-in credit. You choose. No fix, no fee on the diagnostic itself.

How long will it take?
